Covid-19 Coronavirus Update

Paramount Sports Customers,

As you know by now the NCAA and XFL have cancelled and the NBA has indefinitely suspended operations in light of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, meaning there will be no games or opportunities to win for the foreseeable near future. At this time we are awaiting additional information from the leagues to get a better idea of when they will start back up. I will update you as soon as any information becomes available.

While the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement state that there are no refunds and all sales are final those clients who signed up for a basketball or an XFL package will get a credit based on the time missed towards football or basketball next year. Once this is all over you can call the office at 1-800-400-9741 or email me at psports@bellsouth.net. I will speak to every single client personally or respond to your email and do what is right considering these unusual circumstances.
